1. Return Conditions

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Items: Products that are broken or damaged during transportation.

  • Incorrect Orders: Products that are incorrect or delivered in the wrong quantity.

Returns are not accepted for subjective reasons, such as:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Ordering the wrong size or product without company error.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a Request: Send an email to us with the subject “Return Request”, including:

    • Photos of the product clearly showing the defect or issue.

    • Detailed description of the problem.

  2. Response Time: We will respond to your request within 3 business days.

  3. Return Instructions:
    If the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to our warehouse located in Vietnam.

🔹 Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

  • Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed if:

  • The returned product is verified to be defective or damaged.

  • A replacement product is not available.

Refund Methods:

  • Bank Transfer: Refunds will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account.

  • Order Credit: Alternatively, the refund amount can be applied as a deduction toward your next order.

Processing Time:
Refunds will be completed within 7 to 14 business days after we confirm the return eligibility.
