Return Instructions:
If the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to our warehouse located in Vietnam.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed if:

The returned product is verified to be defective or damaged.

A replacement product is not available.
